Rimaco is engaged in designing and manufacturing of high precision Machines for the last two decades.Double Disc Grinding is one of these Machines which is used for grinding any two opposite parallel faces of a component simultaneously. The components like Piston Rings, Connecting Rod, Circlips, Bearing Races, Clutch plates, Brake discs, Pump rotors,Shims, Valve Plates &Thrust washers are normally ground on this machine for better productivity. These machines have two variants i.e. Horizontal and Vertical spindles. These are again available in hydraulic & CNC versions. In addition to the Double Disc Grinding Machine, Rimaco also manufactures a wide range of special purpose machines for grinding, boring, centering & facing, drilling, milling, chamfering & welding operations. Rimaco also manufactures machines with a combination of multiple operations at a time by using a Rotary Indexing Table or a transfer slides.
